Rupaul's Drag Race UK: Queens including Scottish winner Lawrence Chaney will sashay to Edinburgh Usher Hall during 2022 tour
Following Scottish queen Lawrence Chaney winning the crown of this year’s UK show, Rupaul’s Drag Race is set to Ru-turn in 2022 in a UK-wide tour featuring a Capital date.
The queens of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK will take part in an evening of “endless eleganza extravaganza” at the Usher Hall in Edinburgh, on Saturday February 5 as part of the UK’s biggest ever RuPaul tour.
The live show will feature season two UK finalists Tayce, Bimini Bon Boulash, Ellie Diamond and Laurence Chaney, along with other stars from Drag Race UK as they sashay into the Edinburgh venue.
The second and final tour date in Scotland is when the queens will venture west of the country on February 6 to winner Lawrence Chaney’s home town of Glasgow for their concert at the SECC Armadillo.
Dave McGeachan, from DF Concerts said: “We are thrilled to be working with the Voss Events Team for what will be Drag Race’s biggest ever UK theatre tour.
“RuPaul’s Drag Race is an exciting show and is always a huge hit so we look forward to presenting a series of outrageously entertaining shows.”
Tickets for the drag-tacular events will go on sale to the public from Friday March 26 at 10am.
People will also be able to book VIP tickets where guests can enjoy a private meet and greet with the queens before the show.
