The Avengers director even stopped to dish out autographs and take selfies with dozens of eager fans.
One fan, Caroline Kemp, who bagged a free ticket and a selfie with Russo, said: “He saw that us fans were waiting and he held a whole extra screening just for 20 to 30 of us. Nicest guy ever.”
Twitter user @akfpaige wrote: “All of us were on the waiting list for the Infinity War screening and Joe Russo, being the lovely guy he is, ran a second screening for us and came out to meet us all personally. I guess today turned out pretty good.”
