5. Kevin Quantum: MOMENTUM
International magic star Kevin Quantum returns home to Edinburgh with MOMENTUM, a show that rocks the audience with epic stunts and belly laughs. 6. Sunshine on Leith
This world-renowned musical by Stephen Greenhorn and featuring the music of the Proclaimers is back on the Fringe, presented by Edinburgh’s own Captivate Theatre. The show follows the highs and lows of Ally and his friend Davy as they search for normality after returning from a tour in Afghanistan. Family and friendship are not all plain sailing in this funny and moving story about love and life.

7. What Girls Are Made Of
Based on her meticulously detailed teenage diaries, this is the true story of Cora Bissett’s rollercoaster journey from the girl she was to the woman she wanted to be. A former member of Darlingheart, who toured the UK with Blur and Radiohead, Cora celebrates life’s euphoric highs and epic lows, asking what wisdom we should pass on to the next generation – and which glorious mistakes we should let them make.
