5. Joe McTernan: Life Advice That Won't Change Your Life
The Scottish viral sensation who has amassed 30 million views online brings his live show to the Fringe. Fed -p with seeing inspirational life advice online, Joe lambasts the motivational nonsense, and offers an alternative view which will encourage you to live life to the adequate amount. Joe has performed on BBC's The Comedy Underground, supported Tom Stade on tour and co-created the online (Scottish Comedy Award-winning) sitcom MUFF alongside Daniel Sloss and Craig Hill. Expect high-energy stand-up that’s 'sure to delight.

6. Don Quixote
Produced by the Red Nose Company, recipient of Finland's 2023 Theatre of the Year Award, and performed by Timo Ruuskanen and Tuukka Vasama, Don Quixote will have its UK debut at Edinburgh Fringe this year. It's a new reading of the whimsical, evergreen story of Don Quixote and his faithful squire Sancho Panza, told by two clowns from Finland. Experience the mother of all road trips!

7. Healing King Herod
Comedian Riss Obolensky performs as King Herod in this one-man comedy show which explores how self-help and self-care can turn out to be more harmful than good. It examines cancel culture and how today’s society decides on who is worthy of forgiveness and who isn’t. It was awarded Phoebe Waller Bridge’s 'Keep It Fringe' Fund. It had a sellout run at VAULT Festival 2023 and was nominated for VAULT Show of the Week Award.

8. Machine Man Spectacle
The Machine Man Spectacle is a sensational visual performance, a personal journey of a lonely inventor trying to understand the world through his machines. Courageous spectators are asked to participate in seven of the universe's most spectacular machines, aimed to observe the human spiritual spectrum! Shahar Marom is an interdisciplinary object-theatre master, creating a new stage language combining design and performative act.
