Inspired by some of the world’s coolest nightspots, Freddy’s interiors were designed in collaboration with ARKA Design Studio and the creative minds at Too Gallus, with no expense spared on lighting and sound. Contemporary, yet warm and welcoming, moody lighting, exposed brick and cosy corners provide the perfect setting for unforgettable nights.
Offering something for everyone all under one roof, Freddy’s aims to showcase and celebrate the Capital’s vibrant music scene. With an incredible line-up of up-and-coming artists, bands, DJs and performers across two stages seven days a week, while also providing an elegant space for catch-ups, social gatherings and more.
Gavin Currie, Freddy’s general manager, says: “The entire team is overwhelmed with the support we have received for our opening weekend. So many of you came to see our party parlour in action. It went better than we could have expected and would like to thank each and every person who came down to celebrate with us.

“Our commitment to spotlighting local talent in our entertainment bookings has been a core focus, providing a fantastic platform for numerous artists in Edinburgh to showcase their skills. We're thrilled to offer an incredible venue for these talented individuals. With a whopping 93 live music bookings per month and a rotation of six different DJs each week, the stage is set for an unforgettable experience.”
