Manhunt launched after two men taken to hospital following serious assault in Dalkeith
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
Officers are hunting a man believed to be involved in an assault where two men were left seriously injured.
The incident happened at about 7.45pm yesterday (Tuesday) in Gibraltar Gardens, Dalkeith.
Police said “several people” were involved in the attack.

A 26-year-old man and a 34-year-old man have been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Police are appealing for information and said they are looking for a man who has been described as 5ft 8ins, aged in his late 20s to early 30s, short, had cropped brown hair and a muscular, athletic build.
He was wearing a light grey, zip-up tracksuit top and grey tracksuit bottoms at the time of the incident.
Detective Constable Mark Asquith, of Dalkeith CID, said: “We would like to speak to anyone who has CCTV in the area at the time this incident took place and also anyone who was driving and may have dash-cam footage that might help with our investigation.
