"It was so nice of Andrew Neil to give up his time to lecture us on all that's wrong with our country during the pandemic, from his luxury home in France.”
How has the controversial new TV channel GB News performed since its launch on Sunday?

It looks like a Modern Studies class being allowed to have a news channel for the day. Remember that short-lived sitcom A Perfect State, starring Gwen Taylor? I watched it in 1997 thinking that it was dated. It has all come true. GB news is like that.
UK equivalent of Fox News... proper bottom feeder of a TV channel. I’d rather wipe my backside with a hedgehog.
Picture extremely grainy. Not even standard definition.
Great! Much better than woke BBC.

If Andrew Neil thinks it would be good for Piers Morgan, well sorry, but any channel willing to offer a self-obsessed, egotistical bully a platform to spout his gutter tripe from, I will not be watching.
Amateur hour...plenty room for improvement
Finally an alternative!
It's had a few technical glitches, but that will be sorted out. Nice to see a different take from the usual mainstream news programmes. Interesting to see it's being attacked already by the established news groups - actually a good sign, it's got them worried. If the viewing figures increase, they'll really be worried.
It's a bit like Live TV without the Naked Darts....... So far!
I wouldn’t know, they have nothing to say that interests me!
They certainly seem to be annoying all the right people! Tech issues aside, it’s brilliant and refreshing to see a station holding all politicians to account. Can’t wait until Neil gets his teeth in to the separatists!
Was looking forward to this new news channel but very disappointed with the content and presentation. Plus the sets look very cheap and amateur. like Andrew Neil and his approach of interviewing, but unfortunately his presenters lack his integrity and fall short of his positive style of debate and interviewing.
No thanks - that is not news, that is news according to those presenting it, just like Fox...utter rubbish.
I'm amazed at how many MPs are queuing up and appearing on this show. These MPs are avoiding mainstream channels like the plague.
Why are folk so scared of a centre right news agenda? I quite enjoy as a centre left person watching news from different perspectives. My favourite by far is Channel 4 News. I've watched a little of GB News. It's production qualities are pretty average and some of the presenters are wooden. I'd expect it to get better. However, there's not much audience for it to go after. Even SKY News averages under 100,000 most times. Those getting all hot and bothered about the launch of a news channel really do need to get a grip.
Different news channel. Sick of BBC News, so will see how this goes. Early days, but not that bad.
"Have you watched a right-wing propaganda show with Old White Man With Backwards Views, owned by overseas shareholders, with all the production quality of small town school play?" Funnily enough, no.
Those who spout aboutfree speech are campaigning to boycott companies that advertise on the channel. Do they boycott irony and hypocrisy?

Comedy gold, advertisers already dropping adverts.
All opinion and no news. It's a no from me.
Right wing propaganda owned by a right wing media oligarch. A channel the half-witted among us will no doubt lap up because it will most likely confirm their prejudices in lieu of actual fact-driven content. The rest of us will probably be giving it a wide berth, and rightly so.
If you enjoy hearing the truth about current matters instead of all this woke nonsense, this news channel is the biz.
Michelle Dewberry is awful. Poor presenter and out her depth.
