Carewise Pharmacy has announced a major restock of the Men B (Meningococcal B Vaccine) vaccine, helping improve access for patients looking for protection and those preparing for travel where vaccination advice may be recommended.

With thousands of Edinburgh residents preparing for summer holidays, Carewise Pharmacy is urging travellers not to leave vaccines until the last minute.

From Thailand and Bali to Saudi Arabia, Africa and South America, the Polwarth-based pharmacy is seeing huge demand for travel health appointments as more people look to travel safely and confidently this year.

Carewise Pharmacy offers a wide range of travel vaccines and expert travel health advice, helping patients get holiday-ready quickly and conveniently without long waits.

Carewise Pharmacy is also continuing to provide Covid and flu vaccinations — and earlier this year became the only pharmacy in Edinburgh still offering flu vaccines after many other pharmacies had completely run out of stock.

The pharmacy says this was down to strong preparation, organisation and planning ahead.
