Among those currently advertising retail positions are high street fashion brands Bershka, Mango and Zara.

Bershka is one of the notable new fashion brands set to launch a Scottish flagship store at the Edinburgh shopping centre, with stylish Swedish brand & Other Stories also set to make its much-awaited debut in the Capital on Thursday.

The expansive food and drink plans for the Quarter are likewise seeing a lift in vacancies for the city’s hospitality sector after months of lockdowns and economic hardship.

A number of anticipated outlets set to launch in the massive Bonnie & Wild food hall opening next month are looking for baristas, chefs and managers to help cater to high expectations for the development’s food district.

Salerno Pizza is the most recent advertiser for such positions, with three different openings available at Coffee Truck – their new coffee stall destined for a spot on the fourth floor.

As well as fresh coffee, the Salerno stall will be serving beer & prosecco, freshly prepared sandwiches, paninis and sweet treats.
