Bross Bagels
Established in August 2017, owner Larah Bross has seen huge success with her authentic Montreal style bagels. Organic and kosher, they are homemade in the Bross bakery in Leith - a one of a kind in the city.
With four shops in Edinburgh and their very own Bross bakery, they each offer their very own take with individual menus featuring favourites to cater for their bagel lovers throughout the city.

The brand new Bross shop situated in prime location in Bruntsfield Place has taken their design inspiration from Villa Maria Metro Station in Montreal, Larah's hometown. From Subway to Metro and inspired by Montreal’s beautiful metro system, the new shop features all the eclectic and exciting range of hot bagels, vegan, breakfast and pizza bagels.
The newest addition of renowned Bross Bagels split over two levels will specialise in brunch as well as their famous pizza bagels and they have a brand new menu to reflect this for their Bruntsfield lovers.
