JD Gyms opens a new 24-hour fitness facility in Edinburgh
The new JD Gyms facility at Edinburgh West Retail Park offers locals access fitness all day and all night.
JD Gyms has officially opened a new fitness Facility at Edinburgh West Retail Park in Chesser, offering locals access to state-of-the-art equipment and fitness classes around the clock.
The gym, located at EH14 1UD, aims to provide affordable fitness facilities for people of all abilities, with a range of equipment and amenities designed to suit everyone from beginners to experienced gym-goers.
Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the new facility allows members to fit workouts around their schedules.
Facilities include a dedicated strength training area featuring free weights, benches and Hammer Strength plate-loaded equipment, alongside specialist weight lifting platforms and performance equipment from fitness supplier Eleiko.
Members can also make use of premium cardio machines from Matrix, including treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers and climbmills.
The gym also features modern changing rooms with lockers and shower facilities, as well as separate male and female Saunas designed to help members relax and recover after exercise.
JD gyms chief operating officer Lee Matthews said the company had been encouraged by the response from the local community since opening.
