Heavy rain battered Edinburgh yesterday - causing traffic chaos and localised flooding around the capital.
Many drivers on the Edinburgh City Residents were left stranded for hours due to the severe weather and residents living along the Water of Leith were warned to ‘be cautious’ after the river burst its banks at various locations along the river.
