8. The Jacey Cinema 1964
Originally called Princes Cinema which opened on September 14th 1912 and closed its doors on November 4th 1935. It was remodelled for the Scottish Associated News Theatres and called the Monseigneur News Theatre. It became the Jacey in January 1964 and closed in 1973 after suffering from the closure of Princes Street station. Photo: George Smith
