9. Eddie Turnbull
Period as Hibs manager: 1971-1980. Win ratio: 48.24%. 219 wins from 454 games. Having been one of Hibs' legendary Famous Five forward line, along with Gordon Smith, Bobby Johnstone, Lawrie Reilly, and Willie Ormond, Eddie Turbull became the club's manager in 1971, having previously managed Aberdeen, where he won the 1969–70 Scottish Cup. 10. Tony Mowbray
Period as Hibs manager: 2004-2006. Win ratio: 48.15%. 52 wins from 108 games. Having replaced Bobby Williamson as Hibs boss in 2004, Tony Mowbray would go on to gain plenty of plaudits from his brand of football, winning the Scottish Football Writers' Association manager of the year award in his first season.
