The legendary Tony Blackburn has updated fans on his health after being forced to pull out of his popular show Sound of the 60s on BBC Radio 2.
The Bolton-born presenter said he was “absolutely over the moon” to be chosen as Ken Bruce’s replacement on the mid-morning BBC Radio 2 show.
