Sam Fender adds second Edinburgh gig at Murrayfield for 'Proper Massive Stadium Tour 27'
‘Rein Me In’ singer set for second ‘Proper Massive’ Edinburgh show
Geordie singer-songwriter Sam Fender has added a second Edinburgh show to his ‘Proper Massive Stadium Tour 27’.
The ‘Seventeen Going Under’ star will now play a second huge outdoor show to 70,000 fans at Murrayfield Stadium on Saturday, July 10.

The ‘People Watching’ singer had already announced he will play the home of Scottish rugby on Thursday, July 8, as part of his summer UK tour to promote his upcoming fourth studio album.
However, he has now added extra dates to his biggest ever UK tour before general sale at 930am tomorrow, Friday, October 30, with pre-sale tickets available to fans from earlier this week on Wednesday.
Posting on social media, the North Shields musician said: “Extra dates have been added in Cardiff & Edinburgh due to massive demand. Plus a third night at Wembley Stadium!!!
“Thanks to everyone who’s grabbed tickets already x.”

The ‘Hypersonic Missiles’ singer had earlier blasted his own ticket prices for next summer’s Proper Massive Stadium Tour, labelling them “astronomical”.
He said: "I’ve managed to get front standing tickets removed from the UK stadium tour. Whoever buys a standing ticket gets as much chance as anyone to be at the front. No more 120 quid standing tickets either."
The two Edinburgh shows next summer will be his first shows in the Scottish capital since he rocked the Royal Highland Showground in August last year.
Fender has enjoyed growing success throughout his career, with the 32-year-old seeing all three albums he’s released hit number one in the UK charts.
While, his 2025 re-worked version of ‘People Watching’ album track ’Rein Me In’, a duet with English soul singer-songwriter Olivia Dean, landing him his first UK number one single, and is currently the longest running chart-topping single in British history, lasting an unprecedented 23 overall weeks at top spot.
