Fast food chain Popeyes announces opening date for new Edinburgh city centre site
Edinburgh hat-trick for American fast-food chicken restaurant chain
Popeyes has announced that its newest Edinburgh restaurant will open its doors at 12pm on Wednesday, November 11.
The latest offering from the New Orleans-inspired fast food chain will take over the former Pizza Hut restaurant at at 46 North Bridge, just off the High Street. It will have 60 covers, self-service kiosks and collection points for orders made online.
It joins the Popeyes Edinburgh offerings at Newcraighall and Princes Street, with the city centre opening in March, 2025, leading to large queues of people desperate to get a hold of the Louisiana chicken treats on offer.
